Why a Tadcaster Pub Company tenancy or lease? With its tenants, Tadcaster Pub Company strives to develop and maintain a real business relationship. Due to our size, we can afford to tailor our call patterns around the needs of the individual tenants. Our partners can, therefore, have as much or as little contact with us as they like. Many of our tenants and lessees now also enjoy substantial retrospective discounts of between £40 and £60 a barrel from barrel one. It is our policy at Tadcaster Pub Company to operate a fair rent system. Our rents do not increase in real terms over the term of a tenant's occupancy. This means that we do not link rent to barrelage - a massive incentive for our tenants to develop existing trade and increase barrelage.
Another incentive we offer our tenants is, we believe, unique within the leisure trade. We set a target for each individual pub and then monitor their performance over an agreed time period. If the pub achieves 100% of their target Tadcaster Pub Company will pay for the tenants to go on holiday. Achieving 120% of their target will entitle them to an exotic holiday to, for example, the Far East! All the incentives we offer add to the building and maintaining of the relationship that has made Tadcaster Pub Company so successful in the past. It is our intention to continue developing this culture in the future. Tadcaster Pub Company has a flexible approach to tenancy funding.
