Hole in the Wall
The Hole in the Wall is a traditional wet-led pub situated on Springbank, a busy road close the centre of Hull surrounded by shops and houses. The pub has a single servery, partitioned to provide a lounge bar to the front and a games room to the rear. Access then continues through to a good sized enclosed beer patio. The first and second floors offer letting accommodation, accessed by a separate entrance to the side of the pub. In recent years this pub has had a strong sporting bias and an excellent real ale following and therefore is free of tie on cask beers. The Hole in the Wall offers a committed tenant the potential to develop trade.
